ACT Preparatory Course

Description:  The ACT Preparatory Course is held in collaboration with The Princeton Review. This is a multi-week free intensive program supporting low-income and minority juniors interested in pursuing a degree in a STEM field at a college or university. The program creates opportunity to increase literacy in preparation for testing, maximizes options to pursue higher education and ultimately increases the STEM workforce pipeline.

Application Process: Opens January 2022

Applications are accepted from January to March deadline. Selection takes place in late March and will be made by USRA staff, and based on the student's grade point average, and responses to questions pertaining to interest in STEM. Participating students will be required to attend each Saturday session throughout the duration of the course.
